St Stithians Online High School

Introduction.

Valenture Institute partners with the world’s leading education institutions to evolve what it means to ‘go’ to school, by transforming physical limitations into digital possibilities. The Valenture Institute engaged with iMod Digital towards the beginning of 2021 to discuss their need to involve an agency to assist them with student acquisition for Saint Stithians Online High School. 

We were commissioned to manage their Search Engine Optimisation and Pay Per Click marketing on Facebook and Google.

Success Drivers

We were thrown in the deep end with a set up that had been done by a previous team and had to work quickly to make aggressive changes in order to deliver on what we had proposed. We had about a month to get everything in place and running, we worked methodically to achieve this.

  • Setup – We quickly setup all the necessary accounts including Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and the likes. We linked them all up in order to track leads with cross-domain tracking and created advanced Google Data Studio reports to assist with managing the campaigns and being able to look at performance with ease.
  • SEO – We assisted the development team with implementing all the critical factors required to launch a new website and gain visibility quickly. On top of this, we worked with the PR agency to maximise the SEO benefit from any releases. Several other important post-launch tactics were used to boost the website ahead.
  • PPC – The Google and Facebook accounts needed a large overhaul and new audiences had to be defined. We worked with the creative team to create adverts that were appealing and on-brand for the new audience definitions.

All of these actions were done against detailed keyword research, competitors investigations and comparison against previous benchmarks provided by The Valenture Institute.

Outcome

We achieved some impressive results when comparing against the previous efforts, we received regular praise in weekly meetings for our involvement and we were very sad to stop working on the project when an internal marketing team was brought on.

For privacy reasons, we are unable to share expect specifics about cost per lead, CPM and the likes, unfortunately.
